I love that qoto.org does not engage in censorship and let's the user decide. It's part of why I picked this domain. At the same time it's amazing how many swastikas and nooses I don't have to scroll past on the federated tl anymore after blocking just one domain.

It's censored until when problems like harassment occurs. Otherwise it's free speech. Attacking specific users isn't tolerated- but voicing your opinion (however wrong/right smart/stupid) is otherwise protected. The particulars obv are up to freemo.
