You know that "parts" PowerBook 1xx that's just gathering dust in your collection? Donate it to my channel so that I can fix it up and get it a new forever home with a collector who'll appreciate it!

DM's are open!

Thank you!

(And could I beg a boost of you?)

Welp. This HDD bag doesn’t say how to prepare for use in Linux with Home Assistant. Guess I have to return it now.

Here's the midpoint of my Apple II project, Mega IIe. I built an IIe around the "Mega-II" chip in a IIgs.

This presentation is at Kansasfest 2022 (summer), just weeks before I got the rev3 board finished!

Happy new year! Another year means another year-long keogram! Every 15 seconds throughout 2022, my trusty all-sky camera took a picture of the sky above the Netherlands. Combining these 2.1 million images into a year-long keogram reveals this picture, which shows the length of the night change throughout the year (the hourglass shape), when the Moon was visible at night (diagonal bands), and the Sun higher in the sky during summer, as well as lots and lots of clouds passing overhead.

Zach Frew (who made this awesome fish tank with a sand machine in the bottom: frew.io/work/sisyphish ) is asking for patterns to use in a promotion for the upcoming launch of a new small sand table: forum.v1engineering.com/t/offe

If anyone who follows me makes sand patterns (especially with sandify.org) and they want to share your designs, with a potential reward of a neat machine, you should contact Zach.

Zach is being very respectful and not using any patterns without permission.

These @kicad 7 improvements are looking fantastic. Also, I appreciate taking the time to highlight the key developer for each!

Okay! 👏

I want to spend the new few months focusing on building an interactive, open source, browser-based KiCAD file viewer.

I'm looking for sponsorship to make that happen, and I'd love if you'd consider it. Here's a link to the details:

Sharing always appreciated 💜

If you're a space nerd, especially an Apollo-program nerd, drop whatever you are doing and watch this awesome video with Luke Talley.

He was an engineer for the Saturn V's IU. He explains the entire launch process.

It is AMAZING

I must be on the naughty list. Santa swapped in a dead bearing.

What does this sound like to you? (Sound on, obviously.)

Know anyone that might have a use for some components that would otherwise go into the trash?
I could foot the shipping costs (Europe), if the same amount gets donated to KiCad or something?
