I use an extension called Put Windows to focus a window with keyboard. Another similar extension is Dash to Dock which lets me focus my favourite applications with Super+number.

Focusing the window doesn't seem like the issue rather moving the mouse to the window. So with the extension does the mouse also get moved into the window?
