The basic uses an estimate of 0.1 MET for each 2 lbs weight, whereas the advanced uses an updated (2017) version of Pandolf equation.

Most existing calculators only use the imperial system and do not share the MET, which means if one wanted to create a e.g. in , one still need to manually calculate it.

In the next version, will add the speed options of `mm:ss/km` and `mm:ss/mi`.
