I would probably have read that as a shitpost myself. I mean I think the general thought is that obviously the world was tumultuous before the Ukraine conflict. I also agree with the sentiment of the article to a degree since I can empathize. My kids were both born around the turn of the century, and their whole lives have included internet, rising inflation, mass surveillance, and a military at constant war in their name. In December of 2019 we welcomed a grand-baby into the world. In January of 2020 the world started locking down. I definitely get the sentiment, but I think everyone is kind of sick of the west protracting the conflict and then making it out like everything is Putin's fault and before this everything was all puppy dogs and rainbows.

Wichtig ist nicht zuletzt, dass inzwischen auch genesene Kinder und Jugendliche als mindestens genauso gut, wenn nicht noch besser vor Reinfektionen geschützt gelten wie genesene Erwachsene.

@Shadowman311 The very concept of believing in the validity of one's own experiences over what they're being told by authority figures has been all but beaten out of not only the average american, but the average person globally. The "fake news" controversy that trump drummed up, the "expert" worship for slimy contradicting politicians and tiktok nurses during covid, etc.
