I have a basic etiquette question that I haven't been able to find an answer to. My apology for any redundancy.

As an AI artist, which I know is a bit controversial itself, I do like to share pieces I've created. I've been doing this on instagram (instagram.com/shadowsonawall/ if content would affect the answer) and wonder if sharing here might not be the better long-term option.

The question then: is it rude to use the server's hard drive space for my art? Is there a limit of images that is considered polite/tolerable? Is this a bad idea from the outset?

@apinae

We dont have any explicit rules on this. Since its AI generated I suppose it really just comes down to the rate you set it at, and if the posts are automated or not... also if you monitor your account..

Is your plan to host a regular account, be active, make regular posts, talk to people, and just occasionally throw in some AI art, or do you want to just automatically post AI art and nothing else automatically and not really be active in the community much?

All of these options are potentially workable but it effects if you can post unlisted or listed is all.

To (I hope!) clarify, these aren't automatically-generated, they're just made by people using AI tools, like other digital art is made by people using the GIMP. So I wouldn't expect the rate to be any higher at most than, say, someone posting the photos they take on their morning and evening walks every day or whatever.
