Had a dream in which I took a photo of several everyday objects on a table (keys, diver's license, etc.) and then asked GPT-4 to describe the contents of the picture.

It got pretty far, but then made up a story about the driver's license holder being an international spy, and interpreted everything in the rest of the photograph to fit the theme.

Since the dream itself was made-up, does this count as a meta-hallucination?

Anyone in the UK collect or have an interest in old hand operated sewing machines? I've had this in my shed for years and it needs to go to a new home.
