Until I worked on this piece, I had no idea how out of control blood pressure still is for most people. Estimates are that only one fifth of those with high blood pressure manage it effectively. New RNA drugs that may only require dosing two to four times a year could really help, but at what cost? My latest Clinical Pipeline column.
