I think im going to make a balkenbrij nut-fried rice tonight with dinner. Never tried it in a rice before, not even scrapple, but I have high hopes.

Rice, I love the Italian Arborio rice. More expensive than regular types, but makes beautiful and creamy rice. Add a few veggies like frozen peas and a poor mans Risotto results. :smiley:

Even without any added extras, Arborio has delicious taste.
