@mngrif @iamo Very true, I cringe when seeing the special natural and "superfoods" aisle on an already expensive supermarket.
You need to be critical and compare things. Even packaging, the games companies play, changing package size as a way to increase profit via less volume and weight. Some people can't notice.
I buy the non-flavoured yougurt too, add some jam (strawberry, or orange frequently) and enjoy it. 750 grams tub, about $1.99.
@design_RG @mngrif yum, that sounds good. toss some cooked oats in that with fruits and nuts, that's a good breakfast right there. i buy plain yogurt to make naan ^-^
@iamo @mngrif I do eat oats everyday for breakfast, unless there's no banana left to go with them. Really important to me so I try to have at least a couple left, and restock.
I either smash the bananas with a fork on the plate, them add flaked oats and stir them; or cut the bananas into little wheels, usually if its a bit too green to mush down.
A little maple syrup or honey on top to add some sweetness and it's good to go. 😉
