@design_RG They still make windows phones? I guess that one guy who has one is going to have to deal

@freemo No, Microsoft stopped supporting the o.s. and the manufacturing, after havign purchased the whole mobile division of Nokia.

I still have various Nokia Lumia models here, and use them. The photo quality in the Nokia puts to shame most Android devices, and I m not even talking bout higher end Lumia models.

A terrible loss, WP, as now there's only two greedy corporate options, both inferior in technical terms, UI, UX imo.

@freemo Yeah, I did buy a Xiao Mi last year when visiting Europe, it was clear that apps would not be supported much longer.

There's some hope now with the Pine Phone, people are developing Linux for it, no google frameworks and espionage in it.

@design_RG
Xiao Mi...
I'm very familiar with this brand. How was your Xiao Mi cellphone?

@freemo

@Sphinx
Oh, it's quite nice, I like it. I have the RedMi Note 5 Prime, bought in Europe as it's not sold in North America. Works well, well built and sells for a good price. No wonder they can't keep them in stock -- they sell out quickly at the stores.

Xiao Mi is a great brand.
