Federated Timeline is static and notifies of New posts at the top. Giving you a chance to actually READ these, not an insanely scrolling marquee of new posts.

I have enabled a "Reduce UI animations" choice in Settings, which might have helped. But this alone is a HUGE improvement compared to the mastodon default web viewer.

Documentary Recommendation on a Snowy day... 😃

A favourite since I first saw it, Professor Betanny Hughes wrote and presented "When Moors Ruled Europe".

I loved and was fascinated by it, years later had the opportuinity to see Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada in the Andalucia region, Souther Spain.
