Two neighbours have their Christmas trees up already! But I don't really care because who am I to judge another persons good time. 🌲 🍬

home from work in the pitch black at 5pm. If I get knocked over with 5 separate lights and an entire outfit of high viz clothing, i'll be really miffed.

systemd romance novel?

I did a search for "Unix history" on kobo.com, and it turned up a book in the *romance* section of all places... called "Saved by Systemd: An Erotic Unix Encounter."

I... uh... what? uhm...

I believe the correct action is to run away screaming. So I was stunned that one of the reviews says "it's amazing... This is a book to read whether you love or hate systemd. I genuinely dislike systemd, but reading this book made me discover uner a new sexy light."

Are there many users of here? I'm not new to but I am new to the . I've used Goodreads for as long as I can remember. Any big pros or cons before I dive in?

Hello! I'm new here like many others, figured I'd try out all of the birdapp alternatives.

I'm a user currently running arch/KDE on my main rig and PopOS/Gnome on my laptop.

I play a lot of video games, I read a lot of books.

I've been trying to learn for a few years now. Not so easy for me.

But yeah, hello! :)
