As you can see from the above thread @zlax is engaging in harssment and after politely being asked to untag me twice he has continued and indicated he will refuse my request.

Since he is a moderator and the offending instance will not take action to protect our users from harassment I am officially proposing the ussr.win server be defederated from the QOTO network.

For transparency I have kept this thread public and linked zlax so he is aware of the official proceedings against him and his server. Obviously I will not continue to engage him on this matter but he does have a right to know what is going on.
