One suggestion. We should be a bit more selective of our use of the #QotoJournal hashtag.. I suggest the two following criteria
1) Only use it for material specifically of a STEM nature
2) Use it for what you deem high quality insights, analysis or commentary
I wouldnt use it for day to day business, topics not related to STEM, or memes or quips or welcomes.
If you have a different vision for its use I am happy to discuss, but thats how I've been viewing the hashtag. Since I think we decided we want to enforce that hash tag among our users to a certain standard we might want to agree on what that standard is too I guess.

The Message in the Medium, the image, was the reason for the hash linking.
I am thinking of starting a new and more personal one, as well, which I can use from the various places I operate at.
Just need a memorable and easy to use tag.
