They are a really fun fun to shoot. I love how they are a light rifle, so they wont make your shoulder hurt or throw you back, but still pack a good punch and handle so well.

@bonifartius I dont trust people either, problem is I trust military, police, and government far far less than I trust your average citizen, so my lack of trust is part of why i support guns.

The other factor for me is I have never once been around a citizen with a gun who made me feel threatened because they had a gun in any way... meanwhile I've never once felt very safe around a cop carrying a gun, least of all when they have their hand on it ready to go.

@freemo the cops here tend to be rather chill, never had any problems with them (or fear that they might shoot me..). i understand the point of not giving away that power to the government though.

for now i have my air-rifle, enough to shoot old cans

@bonifartius I feel the same about Duitch cops, I never felt scared of them or threatened. One reason I am less worried about having my gun rights taken away int he netherlands is because I feel less threatened that the government or cops will turn to full on tyranny and I need it.

With that said I still lean towards wanting my right to own a gun which i see as a funemental right, as is the ownership of most things.

Oh, no, I'm not. Unlike american police they have never threatened me, lied to me, or cheated me.
