I get a certain evil pleasure out of knowing all those raging conspiracy theorist kiddies who always comment on my threads about how COVID is just the flu and other nonsense and then rage quit calling me a sheep are now out there taking livestock medication and dying (or getting very sick).

But yyyyeeeeaaaaa the vaccine is the real risk ::rolls eyes::

@freemo @funny

what is "livestock medication" and can you link me the source to people dying from it?

@mk

People are taking ivermectin (might have spelled that wrong). Some are getting it through doctors but since doctors wont prescribe it and supplies ran out many have resorted to getting the version for cows and taking that. Even Milo apparently injected some.

I'm actually really surprised you havent heard about it, its a big thing and apparently unnervingly common.

Just do a google search, if you still cant find it I can dig them up for you.

@funny

@freemo
I was more thinking in the area of ketamine, but Ivermectin may works too.

I still intend to go through the site (ivmmeta.com/) for funzies to see what they are reporting.

@mk @funny

@freemo @mk @funny why aren't doctors prescribing a drug with strong evidence and a good safety profile

@skells @freemo @funny

can you please link me your sources for "strong evidence and a good safety profile" ?

@mk @freemo @funny
yeah sorry it took so long

ivmmeta.com/

And from Tess Lawrie, respected statistical analyst who works with the WHO, about a 4/5ths down the page

ratical.org/PandemicParallaxVi

"Letโ€™s examine ivermectinโ€™s safety profile, according to the WHO Uppsala University Collaborative Pharmacovigilance Database. Since 1992 and up to the 19th of April this year only 5,215 adverse events and 19 deaths have been registered on the WHOโ€™s database for ivermectin. Compare this to over 500,000 adverse events and over 3,440 deaths registered for the Covid vaccines in the past few months. Billions of doses of ivermectin have been given to people over the last four decades and only millions of doses of the current vaccine have been given. Given the data, why are the authorities not expressing concern about the safety of the Covid vaccines? They owe doctors and the public an urgent explanation for these double standards."

@mk @freemo @funny from a 1997 paper, let me know if you want the source:

"Our experience, unlike that of Barkwell and Shields, shows that administration of ivermectin to geriatric patients does not
produce an excess of deaths. This finding accords with several other reports in the published research noting a high degree of safety for this drug in both animals and
human beings."

The main cause of death from ivermectin seems to be due to complications from the parasites that it kills. I.e. the dead parasites it kills then go on to cause infections and death. If you don't have a large amount of some exotic parasite such as Loa Loa in your bloodstream then you're probably ok and I suspect a doctor would give you ivermecting and treat possible infections with antibiotics.

Obviously I'm a simple master thief, not a doctor.

@skells @mk @freemo bruh you are promoting horse paste why do you hate science tho? lol

@yes

you don't seem to add any value to this conversation..how about you crawl back into the hole you came from.

@freemo @skells

@freemo @funny

"I get a certain evil pleasure out of knowing all those raging conspiracy theorist kiddies"

do you think that people taking ivermectin are raging conspiracy theorist kiddies?

@mk

Inference goes the other way around.. many raging conspiracy theorist kiddies are self injecting with Ivermectin. Not everyone on Ivermectin is a racing conspiracy theory kiddy though.

@funny

@freemo @funny

do you think ivermectin works in preventing sars-cov2 and/or treating covid-19?

@mk

It has some positive effect yes, sadly its theraputic index appears rather low and the studies on it are still a bit too preliminary to make really hard assertions. But generally, yes, it appears to have some effectiveness and could probably be leveraged to positive effect in some situations.

@funny

@freemo @funny

so you get "certain evil pleasure", because some conspiracy theorits are taking a drug that actually works against covid?

@mk

No, largely because these are the same people who like to jump in threads and call people nigers because they think its fun.. that is the reason it gives me pleasure to see these cocksure morons poisoning themselves.

@funny

@freemo @funny

can you link me why you think that taking ivermectin is poisining people?

@mk Just do a google search, there are tons of news stories of people who have. In fact Milo himself recently posted his own account where he was quite sick for a few days. He would be one of the prime examples among a sea of similar stories.

@freemo

i can't do my own google search on that because of point 5.

If you make certain statements than you should be able to tell me why you think that.

@mk I already told you why I thought that, no your falacy is not applicable here.

Now if you go off and say you cant find the case of milo poisoning himself or any other, then id be happy to help do the search for you. But no im under no obligation to even prove my point if i dont feel like it, just as you are under no obligation to believe me as a result.

Frankly, though, you really have to be living under a rock not to have heard about it. Its been all over my feed the last 24 hours and int he news.

@freemo

"But no im under no obligation to even prove my point if i dont feel like it"

your statement is true ! you don't have to do anything, but if you want people to believe what you're saying and build some good reputation, you better have some evidence for your claims ;-)

@mk Certainly true... but thats just it, I really care very little about my reputation, least of all to random strangers.

What energy I do put in to my reputation would be directly mostly at people I have some motivation to invest that time into. Since you've been respectful that does happen to include you, but it certainly doesnt include every stranger who crosses my path.

@freemo

btw i don't know who milo is.

also i'm on a very low internet connection, because apperently it takes multiple month to order good internet in germany.

@mk Milo Yinnapolis or however you spell his name. He is a famous right-wing guy who does talks all the time.

I attached the posts from his feed

@freemo

so he has covid-19 and is treating himself with ivermectin?

these symthoms sound a lot like regular covid-19 symthoms to me.

why do you think they come from the ivermectin injection?

@freemo

These are recorded covid-19 symptoms from the "Epidemiological profile on SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19" done by the Robert Koch Institute in germany.

Cough 42%
Fever 26%
Runny nose 31%
Disorders of the sense of smell and / or taste 19%
Pneumonia 1.0%

Other symptoms:
- Sore throat
- shortness of breath
- headache
- body aches
- loss of appetite
- weight loss
- nausea
- abdominal pain
- vomiting
- diarrhea
- conjunctivitis
- rash
- lymph
- node
- swelling
- apathy
- somnolence

@freemo @mk @funny how do you know they are the same people? i would be careful about making assumptions, especially when you are almost wishing sickness on people based on that assumption

@Hyolobrika

The ones who arent the same arent the ones whom it gives me pleasure then. Luckily every person I have seen so far doing it are people I have previously seen act as described. IF and when one comes along my feed who is not of that group then I will not derive pleasure from that person's sickness.

@funny @mk

@freemo @Hyolobrika @funny

"Luckily every person I have seen so far doing it are people I have previously seen act as described."

Do you know Pierre Kory, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine at St. Luke's Aurora Medical Center?

He's not only taking Ivermectin himself, he's also treating his ICU patients with it.

Pierre Kory's testimony during the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing on "Early Outpatient Treatment" (December 2020)

youtube.com/watch?v=Tq8SXOBy-4

@mk

I said earlier, though perhaps not to you, that Ivermectin has a place in treatment by a doctor. Particularly using it on patients int he ICU makes a lot of sense. A very low dose on a doctor who is extremely high risk in addition to taking the vaccine might also be a reasonable usecase.

@Hyolobrika @funny @freemo

sorry. my superfast isdn connection (fuck you german government) didn't allow me to check the source in advance xD

i'm trying to find a mirror of that video.

@mk be careful, @freemo will proceed to explain how that quote doesn't mean what you're trying to imply and will gaslight you into saying you're the dishonest one

@hakui

it was fair game all the way.

no ad homs
no gaslighting
no gishgalloping
no pivotting

even though i don't like his position, it was nice talking to him.

@freemo

@freemo @funny

"are now out there taking livestock medication and dying"

can you tell me why you believe that people are dying from ivermectin?

@freemo @funny
It's a matter of natural selection via self-vaccination.

I had to have a talk about Ivermectin with a family member. I straight up asked her if she has worms and if not, why she wanted to take horse dewormer.

she changed the subject. I think the only reason she hasn't taken it is because she can't get it in this area. I really think she's going to OD on some weird random crap. I've got my "I told you so" on a hair trigger.

@sergeantcat @freemo tokyo medical association came out and said its worth looking in to; african nations that used it have much lower covid death rates. :cirno_doubt: but you enjoy being a smug shitposter.

@icedquinn

No one is claiming that ivermectin might not have a role to play in some doctor orchestrated treatments. There is, however, a huge leap from treating a vaccinated person who had a breakthrough infection, and one who thinks the vaccine is a hoax and is injecting himself with cow dewormer because they think its safer and healthy as a preventative on its own.

@sergeantcat

@freemo the "dewormer" thing is a meme by the FDA. Who approved Ivermectin for human use.

@sergeantcat
@icedquinn @freemo @sergeantcat getting closer, freemo. i know you're in the service of the clown world order in some capacity which is why you self-censor and shill so hard like a little boot licking worm
