I did not threaten a lawsuit.. Someone proposed I sue and one point and I did talk about the **potential** for it devolve into a lawsuit, but mentione dI had no intentions of doing so at this time and would do everything in my power to make sure that isnt where it goes.

As for the article being convoluted, feel free to point out specific examples and suggest a more apt wording and I will have no issue considering rewording it. So far the overwhelming response outside of QOTO has been that it is well written and clearly illustrates the point.

As for getting on the list, Eugen made it clear that despite attempts to discuss the situation he had no intention of even hearing our side. Once it became clear my intention is **not** to get ont he list, it is to make sure Eugen's actions and that of the fediverse is known to others and that they are held accoundable, nothing more.

And no, I couldnt have fixed this misunderstanding, you cat do that if the other side refuses to have a conversation which i tried to persue first.. Cant sabatoge a situation you already arent given a voice in.

When it comes to the article, I am much more inclined to believe that you were, as gargeon claimed, initially delisted as a response to something other than a longwinded ploy that started with a random nazi. I'm expecting your further unhinged, crazed behavior after the delistment as a reason why its gonna stay like that. You quite literally could've just logged off.

You are welcome to bekeive what you want but i provided clear evidence what he said was a lie. He said oir moderation policies changed, i liked to the internet archuve showing the only change to our moderatio was to add stronger and clearer rules to protect the LGBTQ community.

You can argue character all you want, i provided clear evidence to back up every word.

He does not seem to be the most communicative person, indeed. Which makes it difficult, I'm sure! As a newbie who found qoto through joinmastodon, I very much appreciate all that you do, and put up with, for the server. I hope it can all be resolved calmly; in any case though, don't forget to hydrate and breathe. :)
