No, some dog 6000+ years ago developed cancer, it matastacized and started infecting other dogs. Today it is a transmissible form of cancer that is unicellular and infects other dogs through sex causing them to develop tumors with the genome of the original dog from 6000 years ago. That transmissible tumor is a unicellular dog with a complete dog's genome.
