As some of you know ive been on #Ozempic / #Wegovy / #Semiglutide once daily instead of the usual weekly.
I created a log of my historic blood accumulation when i was on once weekly and now that im on a daily adjusted dose. The blue lines show total amount in my blood, red i dicates equivelant weekly dose based on daily dose x7 and yellow is based on expected blood concentration.
As you can see the daily dosing produces much more constant levels. This is based on the typocal 7 day half life.
@freemo Are you concerned at all about what happens when you stop using it? Or are you considering using it indefinitely?
@LouisIngenthron A bit. I figure i will step down gradually and watch my weight. If it needs to be forever its still a solution and im ok with that.
