It's a play on the whole phrase "We are disappointed in you..."

Often used by parents or in conversation referencing society or social groups larger than one's self and people we've never met!

This phrase and image I thought went well as the "You're..." modification and perspective of the many faces as like each of your own internal other personality or critical character disappointed on every little thing and expecting too much.

One character might be picky about this, the other about that, etc)
