Is it just me, or is it increasingly common to see folks sabotage the process so decisions are not made, then they complain the decisions haven’t been made.
@garyackerman Yep, any system where the lead person gets all the credit instead of the army of people working under them is susceptible to this.
@garyackerman I think this streak in people or systems design has long been unsaid / less said... and even harder to do something about.
For them I agree it is a more effective way of getting what they want and using less direct force slowly - but I'm not sure what to do about it other than what I am...
