Educators are exploring and using other strategies. These new methods can conflict with the concepts IT professionals have, and the IT for active learning classrooms is much more complicated and flexible than that for lecture-based classrooms.

If IT users don't use the system as it was designed, they have no right to complain.

Once an IT system is built, technicians must ensure teachers and others understand how to operate it.
