Is the Mastodon crossposter not allowed on #qoto?

If not, fair enough, but I can't actually find a statement to that effect anywhere on the site, hence the question.

It seems to be the de facto crossposting site, but I'm open to other suggestions.

Assuming the crossposter and the instance have the same blacklist, QOTO is blocked on their end. You'll see us under "Servidores banidos" at the bottom of https://masto.donte.com.br/about/more
