En tiempos, había quien delegaba felicitar (y hasta regalar) en su secretaria.
La versión 2.0 de esto fue lo de copiar mensajes de otros y mandarlos como propios.
El último grito de esta forma de hipocresía son los mensajes generados por IA que se hacen pasar por escritos por el remitente.
Si me vas a felicitar, felicítame tú, y no me mandes a tu secretaria, ni a tu asistente de IA.
Es mil veces mejor un "¡Feliz año!" pelado que un "En estas fechas tan señaladas, aprovecho para desearte un cordial...".
Si no es auténtico, es peor que nada.
No soy abogado precisamente, pero hasta donde sé las licencias CC se pueden aplicar a cualquier cosa, sea código fuente o documento terminado. Si al código fuente se le suelen aplicar licencias propias de software, es porque esas licencias tienen cláusulas específicas para software y así todo es más claro.
En cualquier caso, liberar los fuentes bajo una licencia y el resultado bajo otra es algo que, hasta donde sé, no hace nadie. A fin de cuentas, si no quieres que hagan algo con los fuentes, seguro que tampoco con el resultado, y viceversa.
En tu caso, ya que no quieres restringir nada de nada, yo lo liberaría bajo CC0 todo y en paz.
Aparte, el que tiene los derechos eres tú, así que ninguna de estas licencias te limita a la hora de hacer nada. Lo único que no puedes hacer es echarte atrás, claro.
Hay empresas que hacen software bajo licencia libre que no permite uso comercial, y aparte venden ese mismo software con licencia privativa a clientes que quieren cosas privativas. Mientras todo el código sea de ellos, no hay problema. Somos los demás los que no podemos venderlo comercialmente.

Por alguna pirula entre el administrador y los del ascensor en la que no voy a entrar, tuvimos que dejar que instalaran una pantalla que muestra la previsión meteorológica (de alguna fuente malísima), fotos de naturaleza y arte y noticias, éstas últimas siempre de El Economista.
Pues bueno, en ese *gran medio de comunicación* el otro día vimos un titular que nos hace mucha gracia porque es un poco como el epítome de los titulares de prensa de los últimos 5 años. Lo tiene todo.

Sometime around the 2020 era, we lost the right to be mediocre at things we love.
No longer can you just bake bread...you must start a sourdough side hustle lol. Wanna stay fit and go jogging or running? Nah, you gotta optimize your biometrics for a marathon. What my point is that every hobby has been enshittified and gentrified into a brand opportunity.
This strange infatuation with optimization culture is killing the human spirit.
So this new year, starting tomorrow, one of my resolutions is to do something bad but fun. Maybe I write a terrible poem. I like to draw and paint, so perhaps I will draw a horse that looks like a table or sing off-key in the showers or in front of my loved ones. The algorithm driving the mainstream social media wants me to be a polished product, but my humanity lives in these messy, unoptimized, cringe-inducing joyful failures.
I will try to reclaim the right to be an amateur. Will you join me?

Just a reminder that you really should #BoycottFigma.
The fact they slurp all your designs into their slop machines by default, and you have to go opt-out if you don't like them stealing your creative work…**all in a product which literally exists to aid creators**…makes me nauseous.
There are other design apps you can use! Really, there are!
A boss not allowing dissent or criticism is a clear sign of incompetence. Nobody can see all the aspects of a project. So many things will go wrong if people can't speak freely.
There are too many of these. And there are no jesters anymore.
