Today's easy , baked in a dutch oven. Pleased with the result, but it'd be interesting to do a side-by-side comparison of bread with and without cold proof, which I skipped today.

Today's successful experiment: Sourdoughn't bread. It's a pretty standard no-knead bread made with 1/4ts yeast and long fermentation, baked in a dutch oven. I folded in 100g sourdough discard before the final proof, hence sourdoughn't.
