So I followed @octoprint and mastodon states it has 63 followers. But when I click on Followers, I only see two - myself plus one. Why can't I see the remaining 61?

Seems you figured this out already, but first layer height and a level bed is important for good adhesion. Also a clean bed, no fingerprints or greasy spots, though some beds and plastics are more sensitive than others.
First layer speed can also be a factor.
You usually want to keep the fan off on the first layer or first couple of layers.
@Pat I haven't had a chance to read up on all the tech yet, only bits and pieces so I'm fishing for opinions. 🙂 For example, it honestly seems a bit cumbersome with a wallet on my phone that I must be careful to back up, for instance. I'm curious about the benefits of basing this on blockchain, and how it will scale. Mastodon has found other ways to keep things open and decentralised, but perhaps there are other drawbacks?
