Well, it's official... Microsoft Bing just delisted my entire website for no discernible reason.

Is it because oddnugget.com is a search engine, I wonder? No, no, it couldn't be that.

Maybe their AI chat search abomination couldn't handle my site's existence...

No woman can compile the same software twice - the software hasn't changed, compiler hasn't changed, but some dependency is no longer cached, or available, or some other philosophical garbage.

And she, is no longer the same.

The worst thing to have ever happened to Mastodon is the concept of “joining Mastodon”. Nobody ever “joined Mastodon”. They used Mastodon to join the Fediverse.

As it happens, many people who “joined Mastodon” don’t even realize they joined the Fediverse. BBC clearly doesn’t realize this is what occurs.

But there’s a silver lining here. Perhaps if the people who don’t like Mastodon realize there’s other options, they’ll soon understand why the Fediverse is so exciting.

No server or software has to be all things to all people. If something isn’t to their taste, they can simply try another one.

Unsafe temps; already much more common everywhere! Both more extreme heat and cold.

Unsafe air; well.

It won't always happen somewhere else.
