Yeah, SIM swap is tough, I read stories when people were losing 30+k dollars from their banks because hackers swapped phone number.
That's why not a single of my accounts has phone number as 2FA thingy.
Yet I'm still somewhat anxious because somebody in big businesses decided that knowing my DoB is good enough to identify me as me. First shitty Equifax collects all my data, then leak it, and now it's all my problem.
