It's far from complete. Couldn't locate qoto, either. It's in France, right? Helluva lot in Europe eh!? Guess it's a WiP ...

Our servers are hosted all over the world, we have a cloud of servers popping up and down... That said the load balancer for main QOTO is in france last I checked. That said you may even see different load balancers in different locations depending on where you access it from in the future.
