@2ck that's real. and the reason is several years ago, there are severe cases that the elder injured one who accepted help claims for compensation from the one offering help but not the hit-and-runner.
it had been a hot topic. I'm not sure whether these years this situation is getting better, perhaps yes due to the surveillance system
@mingtang I could see how that would be a concern. I could understand not helping injured victims as a result of the bystander effect, but the "hit to kill" thing made me sick. Like, I can't imagine myself or anyone who isn't already a hardened criminal killing someone like that.
