My friend recently had a hiring scam.
They contacted him for a blockchain dev job. It looked promising so my friend accepted. After they inboarded him then they told him that he would need to go throught training for the technologies the company uses, they said that the training is not free and he will have to pay then in some crypto currency. My fren knew this was going fishy so he red flaged it and started to question them. They cut their contact with him.

I remember that case where a truck driver and his wife and son were travelling together with the truck loaded with some strong acid.
The breaks of the truck failed and it crashed.
Police and Fire fighters took several days to neutralise the acid and recover the body. Surprisingly they found no trace or remains of the little boy and what happened to the boy is still a mystery.
(i think this happened in spain)

Makes sense as most people live near some kind of body of water, you can hide bodies easily. Also bodies thrown in rivers will evetually bring them to a big water body like lake or ocean.
