Since Meta has now green-lit hate speech, which is against both socially accepted norms and civilized social media:

I have officially deleted my Meta apps from my Smartphone, and will only keep the accounts to curb confidence scams from targeting my friends and family, and check them once in a while from only my home computer.

I really hate that the toxicity of that elected felon making all these toxic people bold enough to pressure major tech outlets to normalize that behavior.

@TheBreadmonkey There's literally no reason for these deletions... they're literally ANTI-social behaviors, and the only reason to delete them is to bend the knee to a specific demographic while they're in power. Zuck is just proving he's stuck sucking the teats of whoever's in charge.

I'm in deep blue Maryland. I still voted for US Senate, President, Congress - even if my Senate race and District looks lopsided for the Dem, every vote matters cause you never know.

Also, and I know I don't need to tell you, but there are ballot initiatives everywhere. Abortion rights are literally on the ballot in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland (I voted), Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New York, Nevada, and South Dakota.

Every. Vote. Matters.

We're at the tech version of "Too big to fail" now. Barely anyone likes Microsoft's changes but they feel they can do these scummy, unpopular things with minimal impact against them because we're too dependent on their ecosystem. The Start menu has been junk on everything after Windows 7.

When we preach "tolerance" on behalf of the Democrats, it's for FAIRNESS in our laws to treat citizens EQUALLY regardless of their race/gender/creed/sex/etc. It is most certainly not tolerance of abuse from people or our government. If you're a toxic person, or justify toxic laws, we're not going to "tolerate" that. We're not going to accept being gaslight or bulldozed over with that abuse and will fight like hell for equality.

We've never had a felon running for office before. And before those 188 years it had happened 3 times in just under 100 years. Historical trends mean nothing, but policy and character are EVERYTHING.
