@hazz223 To be honest, I've always suspected view counts were inflated, maybe not even intentionally.

And if you view something twice (or it gets inserted into your feed twice...), it probably counts that twice.

@hazz223 In theory, he could just go into the database, change the number of a view column to 500,000,000, and it would have a view count of over 500 million

The implementation might be a bit different than that, although same in principle.

For the next U.S. election, Biden would be better than Trump / DeSantis, although the Democrats really need more up and rising political figures...

For the mid-terms, the Democrats holding the Senate particularly, would be good to keep the courts in order.

For starters, abolishing first past the post would be a good idea...

I don't think this other idea of selecting random people from the population is workable for a number of reasons.

While I'm not personally fond of hate speech, it tends to be packaged along with other restrictions on expression.

The term is also a bit nebulous. Also, how do you distinguish between poor humor and hate speech?

The NSW Premier has said that he intends to meet with Meta to try to get them to prevent or block people from live-streaming protests. This is a ludicrous proposal - to do so would be a real government overstep, another encroachment upon the right to protest in Australia, and also like...technically absurd
