https://reclaimthenet.org/australias-intelligence-agencies-misinformation Why on earth should spooks be involved in matters of speech?
During the debate on the Online Safety Bill in the UK House of Lords, Lord Moylan laid out the dangers of the encryption-busting clause that threatens our privacy and security.
Take action to stop the spy clause as the Bill moves into its final stages.

https://cwtch.im If you didn't know, this idea of encrypted apps is the very same idea which the Canadian non-profit, Open Privacy, had with Cwtch (although, so far that is... mostly... just a chat app).
I'll talk about the importance of end-to-end encryption and why #ChatControl is a direct threat to our privacy and our secure communications. Actually, scratch that: it's a threat to our dignity!
The talk will be in Romanian, addressing a Romania-based audience. It starts at 7PM local time, over on Jitsi: https://meet.jit.si/moderated/0e9a63cccc9d115494d5e57c4252f3a33c5a634e2caaf46a96cff598762e8129 .

That said, it shouldn't come to this either, people should be treating others with respect, not behaving in a disgustingly bigoted fashion. People should respect others on a platform.
I hear that #misskey has a racist trolls problem and is filtering new Western users out to attempt to mitigate that (after several awkward attempts at intervening).
