@lucifargundam This varies from class to class, but in the capstonish Software Development class, I use eXtreme Programming, Trello, two-week iterations, and real customers who have problems that needs solving.

oh well that didn't take long--this is for employees but your students should know teamwork continues in industry--these are all good points! You could walk them thru these points as an introduction to being a decent team, before they get started?
