Look, last-minute Łukasz at #pyconus reporting here that there is a last-minute talk on Sunday at 2:30pm worth attending!
PEP 810 co-author Brittany Reynoso will be talking about lazy imports!
This talk reminds me of these gorgeous floppy disks I got from https://pizzelpodcast.com
There's a long and interesting story behind these, but each of those disks has an hour-long podcast on it.
One of them also has an audio player for the format that the podcast is encoded in, plus a 15-minute bonus podcast, plus some extras.
It is seriously impressive. I'm planning to have them framed.

I don't speak much Spanish, but today I still get to help at Las Charlas track as a session chair, and I also staffed at the Python en Español booth because they didn't have enough volunteers.
Thankful for this opportunity.

we're super short on volunteers tomorrow (May 15) at #PyConUS. We're seeing 50% empty shifts for green room volunteers, session runners and chairs.
If you have a talk session to wish to see tomorrow, why not double up and help out by being a session chair for that time?

If you find yourself at LAX trying to figure out why the pickup place for Uber/Lyft is like a million miles away, it is because there is a shuttle that you need to take to get a ride share.
