На фоне катастрофической нехватки в стране рабочей силы, в Татарстане разработали новую программу содействия занятости молодежи.

Она предполагает трудоустройство в 2024-2030 годах как можно большего числа подростков с 14 лет, в том числе на предприятия ОПК.

В частности, в документе говорится, что четверть населения региона - это жители в возрасте от 14 до 35 лет, но численность занятой в экономике молодежи сокращается. Одной из причин такого положения дел называется «высокий уровень вовлеченности молодежи в обучение».

Ранее руководитель особой экономической зоны «Алабуга» (где по иранской лицензии собирают беспилотники) предлагал перевести студентов Татарстана на вечернее обучение, чтобы днем они работали, поскольку на предприятиях не хватает кадров.

В российских медиа сейчас преобладают две точки зрения на эффективность иранской атаки. В отличие от медиа арабских, где преобладают мемы, гогот, глумление и дискредитация иранской армии.

Первая: Иранцы — красавчики, поразили все цели, никто не пострадал (за исключением 44 агентов Моссада, которые зачем-то сидели на авиабазе в ожидании удара), вот так надо, все цели поражены, хваленый израильский «Железный купол дал трещину (это прямая цитата из Первого канала), пришлось просить помощи у американцев».

На всякий случай объясняю для умственно отсталых: «Железный купол» в отражении иранского налета не участвовал, это система ближнего перехвата для очень близких угроз с очень маленьким подлетным временем. Если бы он «дал трещину» просить помощи было бы несколько поздновато. Коли бы долетели дроны, тогда ЖК бы задействовали, но ни один БПЛА не добрался, все перевалили далеко за пределами Израиля. Баллистику, вроде той, что используют иранцы, ЖК перехватывать не умеет и не должен, мощность противоракеты «Тамир» не позволит сбить с курса тяжелую ракету.

Вторая: Это был «договорняк», иранцы заранее предупредили, все заранее подготовились, кроме того иранцы «тестировали» израильскую ПРО. Это несколько опровергает, кстати, первую версию. Раз заранее предупредили и «все подготовились», зачем было «просить помощи» у США. Но соответствие версий в Орде никого не волнует. Кто какую методичку получил, тот так и пишет.

Насчет «договорняка»... 120 баллистических ракет, плюс 36 крылатых, плюс почти 200 дронов для такого как-то многовато и дороговато. Хотели бы обозначить намерения — пустили был пару десятков дронов, десяток ракет и все. Насчет «тестирования» опять же — а если бы одна из баллистических ракет (полтонны боеголовка) попала бы в жилой квартал старой застройки, без укрытий, фундаментов и снесла бы там половину зданий? Мы бы уже вовсю «тестировали» иранскую ПВО (этот вопрос открыт, кстати, пока) и в Тегеране бы замучились, в соответствии с известным выражением «глотать пыль» и разгребать завалы.

В сухом остатке: Мы тут все убедились зачем мы платим такие налоги. Сильная ПВО — залог устойчивого тыла. Иранские ракеты — оружие грозное, однако же не абсолютное.

Посмотрим, чем и как мы ответим. Сегодня да, выспались.

If they wanted to indicate their intentions, they would have launched a couple dozen drones and a dozen missiles, and that's it. About "testing" again - what if one of the ballistic missiles (a half-ton warhead) hit a residential neighborhood of old buildings, without shelters, foundations and demolished half of the buildings there? Second: It was a "deal", the Iranians had advance warning, everyone had prepared in advance, and the Iranians were "testing" the Israeli missile defense system. This somewhat refutes, by the way, the first version. If they warned in advance and "all prepared in advance", why they had to "ask for help" from the US.
