Something I am having trouble with; I am trying to rip a Blu Ray I just bought, but the external drive keeps going to sleep while it's encoding, and I only get about 45 minutes of the 2.5 hour long film.
@hrisskar I can't do that, you can't just add files to a Blu Ray movie disk. The movie itself takes up all the space anyways.

@freemo I should have thought of this! I'll try it tonight.
@freemo I don't have space on my drive, but what I'm trying now is exporting each individual chapter as a separate video file, then stitching them back together later. It seems to be working now, guess I will see in the morning!
@realcaseyrollins A script that automatically makes a tiny edit to a text file then saves it (on the external) every half hour?
