Actually yes you can or you can go the other way where whatever you post here gets crossposted on twitter (the preferred direction). Check out moa.party for the tool that does it.
BTW I have one Question. How can I make sure that all my tweets are appearing here automatically? Is there any way? @freemo @Surasanji
