Sorry. Grabbing some ready to crop mycelium, breaking it apart and mixing it again with some malt at 1/5th proportion. 4/5 of malt and 1/5 of mycelium

@soberaniamicologica Oh I see, you are spawning the mycelium. I've never seen it done in small containers except for liquid cultures. Interesting

@soberaniamicologica and I don't think I've ever seen it on malt... that's expensive stuff. Do you use spent malt, like brewery byproducts, or you actually get maltate grains just for the pleurotus?

You are correct. We are using the byproduct of the Estrella Negra beer cooperative. A productive project of @calafou making the Rosa de foc and tje Barricada beers 😇
