Hi How do we create a new discourse top level category ? in The Study. Like the categories in bold.
I tried to create a Astronomy and Astrophysics topic but not sure if this has done that. ?

Wouldnt it make sense just to have Astronomy, I'd say it would include Astrophysics wouldnt you?
