On Tuesday, Amnesty Intl published a 74 page report at how Meta's lazy moderation practices contributed to the proliferation of hate speech/misinformation by Ethiopian state backed Facebook accounts with 100s of 1000s of followers, targeting ethnic Tigrayans in Ethiopia. During the 2020-2022 civil war, it led to real life polarization, massacres, mass arrests and generated consent for them all.

Agreed, the march on Saturday is about peace not about violence. I agree with the interviewee that anyone going off route or causing problems should be arrested.
I can see just stop oil pulling a stunt on Saturday or Sunday, sort of thing they would do to get publicity.

I was shocked to see how many musicians lived lives of poverty; never seeung a dime of residuals for the continuing popularity of their music.
They'd been forced to sell their catalogs for pennies to pay "debts" to a music company. Cheated in contract negotiations.
