I'd like to take the time to promote a really cool project, called "fases":

The author is attempting to recreate a fully posix (posix-ONLY) unix userland. It has several utils already.

I felt like linking it because I've been chatting with the author on IRC. I'm working on a few fixes, in his implementation of "ln".

I sometimes just work on his code when I'm bored. Helped him fix a few bugs before. He has a TODO page here of things to work on:

Extraordinary news this morning: a boat with 400 people in it is adrift in the Mediterranean and *nobody is going to help*. Two merchant ships have apparently passed it and ignored the boat with its hundreds of passengers and is at risk of foundering

One day, on a school bus, when I was about 14yo, some bully said loudly "he's a fag" in response to some altercation about something stupid.
I looked directly at this person and asked "so what if I am ?".
There was absolutely no response.
Haters need to be challenged immediately, if you have the opportunity. I take it whenever I can.
