#cooking #lifeprotip if you need to reheat fish in a microwave, lower the power level (usually, enter the time then hit the power level button, and a number) and cook for a proportionately longer time to prevent the fish from popping/exploding
for years I, and everyone in my house as far as I know, only ever used the microwave at high
@2ck I guess traditionally or primitively "HIGH" goes along with thinking "FASTER" or "better cooked" etc rather than actual ways and wave power.
Also people don't read much the manual when opening new microwave... so this combination...
Although I do know how "HIGH" can mean different things AND real the manual... still was funny when my friend told me there was lighting happening while I was reheating my spaghetti...
in a metal pot....
Totally forgot... and after it felt like I had survived something after that... and yeah the pot was ok and spaghetti not bad.... had to put it in for another go minus metal pot :]
on a related note, I used to think salmon is my favorite fish, but I've taken a turn to trout.
