sure, supplements have to be done in moderation. Vitamin D is for sure not a panacea, but may play a part. Lastly, like your article says, it's probably better to have a good diet than to fill holes with supplements.

@zleap @freemo @bonifartius @markusl @Nobody we live at almost zero UV index for centuries and no problem with covid - it's a common flu, man.
people are adapted to where they live and the key thing is absense of bad habits, proper food and healthy life style, I think. those who die from a flu usually have troubles with extra fat, chronic diseases, substances abuse, etc.

Its best to have a good diet AND take supplements. Even a good diet tends to have some holes. Take potassium for example, virtually everyone, even the healthiest of eaters, tends to get too little postassium
