@freemo@kjr@admitsWrongIfProven Err, depends. We have stamppot boerenkool and you'd usually add some bit of milk through for example. But on a stamppot andijvie you don't need any milk at all?
We use real potatoes and mash them. Of course you could use potato puree but that's not quite the same.
