Sorry. Grabbing some ready to crop mycelium, breaking it apart and mixing it again with some malt at 1/5th proportion. 4/5 of malt and 1/5 of mycelium
@soberaniamicologica Oh I see, you are spawning the mycelium. I've never seen it done in small containers except for liquid cultures. Interesting
@soberaniamicologica and I don't think I've ever seen it on malt... that's expensive stuff. Do you use spent malt, like brewery byproducts, or you actually get maltate grains just for the pleurotus?
@soberaniamicologica been there, done that. It was a very small jar for an edible though, was it to produce food or for some experiment?
