【养老专题】当下的工人养老金与常见问题

#女工 现行的养老金不仅在制度设计上歧视基层工人，甚至在计算过程中还要再次减少工人的收入。这不仅仅是收入上的差距，更是对劳动价值的系统性低估和对工人晚年生活的剥夺。这样的养老金制度，难说是社会安全网，更难说是一种公平的保障。（来自工劳小报24/12/21）

連續好幾天被父母給吵醒，主要原因就是因為他們睡不好，所以得解決他們的睡眠問題：
1.夜尿或漏尿：早先已購入尿布＆月亮褲，今天加強提醒請他們恢復先前在做的物理運動。
2.耳朵不好：所以不知道自己製造的聲響有多大聲，過年前會處理好助聽器，我也會買副優質耳塞給自己。
3.改善寢具：一個嚴重脊椎側彎，一個枕頭看起來太矮。

下班我就跑去買寢具：仰睡的腰枕、側睡的胯下夾枕，記憶枕頭。
回到家就和老爸說希望他改善夜尿的情形，墊腳尖、抬腳或泡腳，以及強調說明睡眠對於老人腦部的重要性。
