@railmeat @lupyuen MacOS could possibly count as one with XNU. A modern x86-64 computer will have something similar due to the CPU having its own microOS running an OS that could be running HyperX so that would be 3 kernels. I think GPUs have something similar so it might be 4 kernels. A wireless adapter would make it 5 kernels and so on. There's also storage which would bump it up to 6.
@lupyuen That's an interesting concept for satellites. I wonder if Rust has advanced to the point where it can accomplish this without negating the reason for picking Rust.
Part of me wants to joke about this being the reason why the BL808 exists. It's not but it would make sense. Fortune favors the bold.

@Draven It's not rm -r or busybox cat restrictedfile >> calledBusyBoxwithsameRWasrestritedfile.txt?
@thor In the US protests are paid for and used to give the illusion of making a difference.
Some women behave in such a way because they haven't been held to the same standards as men. Women are very capable when they are disciplined or determined. Men will always have a weakness and that's women(or the fear of being a disappointment or a failure compared to their fathers).
The war of the sexes rages on resulting in sex and a new generation to do the same thing. It's a beautiful world.
In Mathematics I saw many brilliant women and men. They were mostly well behaved and respectful. It was usually rather apparent if a woman was a Mathematics major or not. I miss Mathematics. Of the few times I've been backstabbed, only one was a Mathematician and they were all by men.
With belligerent women (essentially humanity majors) and the guys who would support them, I mostly ignored them as nearly everything they said was irrelevant or useless.
My point is that an academic or professional is their title first. If they identify as something other than a useful individual for humanity, they are not worth arguing with.
If accused with misogyny just remember that they are more legendary women who played important roles in STEM fields than there are women who made a difference outside of those fields. Is that true? I'm not certain but pseudoscience and advanced arguing aren't important to me and thus irrelevant.
@agora_brewing @thendrix It's like VTEC, it takes a while to kick in.
@thendrix @agora_brewing If this doesn't make super soldiers, this is a waste of human life. It's a shame to squander valuable resources just to generate profits. Apparently they have an Edison mentality on creating a vaccine. They didn't fail numerous times to make a vaccine but they discovered numerous ways to not make a vaccine.
The guy who left CNS tissue out in the open and injected it would even be disappointed by this. His vaccine actually worked against something that is truly deadly.
The scientists who worked on the polio vaccine would be more likely to approve.
@thendrix
Putting amp in the water supply isn't as bad as it sounds. There's the careful titration that would be required and attention to detail that would require fixing the contaminated water problem. If implemented, it would require potable water with limited amounts of reactive chemicals and tests throughout the water systems. IE It could be a complete failure but make problems like paraquat, Lead and other neurotoxic compounds blatantly easier to fix.
Tl;dr a large part of the problem is the toxic water that we ignore. Fixing our water supply issues would just leave environmental factors and incompetence which are easier to fix. Military School with a curriculum rich in STEM and physical fitness would slaughter any DoE attempts and prove that they have failed. We have the technology, funding and urgent need to do what is needed. The DoE getting lined up by the roadside would free up the funding and silence their worthless opinions. With our generation, Iraq and Afghanistan were the end goal of our worthless education. Fentanyl took care of the remaining evidence. It would be beautiful to see a generation that is truly allowed a chance to succeed and isn't sabotaged at every turn.
@thendrix The Department of Education takes 12 years of invaluable formative time from the children. Let the branches of our military show tech and explain it. Competency in STEM fields would be far higher in half the time.
@thendrix I also saw this and apparently if I haven't received $6400 from the government I am being scammed. Ice Cube, Steve Harvey and Alex Jones deep fakes delivered the news.
Any differences in the advertisements you got?
@thendrix You aren't sexually aroused by horsepower, explosions and fire? You don't dream of caressing the RAM of a stealth bird without consequence?
That does sound heterosexual. Mathematics, Science and Tech are just so beautiful that it's difficult to find a woman who can compete.
@thendrix I remember getting a bomb threat pinned on me as a child and the FBI later found out that the Principal or Vice Principal had a large collection of inappropriate school photos.
It was a stink bomb if you wondered. No regrets and I was fortunate to find those who framed me. They learned in a well thought out and implemented curriculum that earned the respect of my teachers.
Pedo professional didn't walk in my direction after he saw how little effect armed police had on me. I'm not proud of what I did but I learned many things including the emptiness that follows success. At least I didn't end up in the photo collection.
Toughbook fan, Mathematician and Locksmith with limited success in other areas.
Political stance is far right and far left. Proponent of First Aid Kits and PPE. Easily disheartened by big tech. Partially hinged personality and stubborn enough to not write this in the First Person.
Distrust of Psychology and a fan of satire. I love a good joke and contradict myself. Somewhat serious but easily distracted.
